When we adopted Solana, Lisa was a lifesaver in assisting us as 'new puppy parents'. We think it's great that we can still call her at a moments notice with any question regarding Solana's behavior or well-being. Whenever we travel we know that if any of our 'children' must remain behind that they will be in wonderful hands and won't even notice that they weren't included! Between all the TLC, treats and playtimes we know that our babies will be cared for as if we were home with them. -D.R.

I have entrusted Lisa with the well-being of my pet family, which consists of 3 dogs and 2 cats, on several occasions. I have never worried about the care they were receiving during my absence, in fact the dogs get quite excited when we tell them that “Aunt Lisa” is coming to visit. It is almost like a vacation for them as well. There is no one else I would trust more to take care of my pet family than Lisa.

When I leave them under her care, I leave with confidence, knowing that Lisa is more than just someone coming to feed and water the dogs, check the mail and water the plants. We have a “doggie door”, so we could just buy an auto feeder and go, if we were so inclined. But when “Aunt Lisa” comes we know that not only are the immediate needs of our pets being met, but they are also being showered with the love and attention that they need as well. Harley & I adore Lisa. She is one of the most trustworthy and honest individuals I have the pleasure of knowing. Her love for all animals is amazing. Lisa has always been extremely helpful taking care of my baby, even on extremely short notice. There have been times I call her and ask if she can come over the same day, and it’s always the same response: “It’s not a problem!” Not only is “The Best Pet Nanny in Town” her business, but it is her first love. She showers Harley with her love and devotion. She not only feeds and lets him out when I cannot, but she plays ball with him and makes sure he is happy and loved. -K.E.

My husband and I were a couple days from leaving for a week long vacation when our pet sitter called and had to cancel. I posted a message on our training email list, and one of my training friends said I had to call Lisa, that she was incredible and I would love her. I called Lisa, she is incredible and I do love her. I have five dogs, 4 Golden's and one obnoxious lab, all of whom are show dogs! Lisa is wonderful with all of them and their individual needs.

Lisa is also very good about calling to keep me informed of anything that happens or anything she feels just isn’t quite right. Prior to meeting Lisa, I was scared to death to leave my show dogs. With Lisa, I’m confident, knowing the dogs are kept on the schedule we agreed to and well exercised. I also know she will take appropriate action in the event that something should happen! When the dogs see Lisa’s car pull up, their tails are wagging 100 miles an hour – the true sign of satisfied customers!! -T.F.

Lisa has been a pet sitter for my English Setter, Woody, on several occasions. She requests detailed information on feeding, walks, etc. When given this information, she adheres to a rigorous schedule and makes sure that Woody gets everything he needs, including lots of love and affection! If anything ever happens to me, I’ve asked Lisa if she would become Woody’s caregiver. She said she would, with no hesitation. This demonstrates the level of trust I have in her ability to care for your animal. She will do a tremendous job for you, and truly be your “pet’s nanny” while you’re away! -P.G.

Lisa is one of the most responsible, most trustworthy people that I have ever known. The first time she puppy sat for us, our dog was approximately 8 weeks old. We had no reservations whatsoever about leaving her with Lisa while we went out of town for a long weekend. Lisa is truly an animal person. She loves them. They know that and return the affection.

Lisa has been an immeasurable help with Ivy’s training. Her suggestions are practical and time tested. I can’t say how well we would have done without her input, but I don’t think that Ivy would be the well-adjusted, well trained dog that she is today. -K.Z.

Lisa is very honest, dependable, and trustworthy. She is a huge animal lover and she is very good with pets. I have two dogs who love her and I would leave them in her care without hesitation. I couldn’t trust anyone else with my babies, but Lisa. She is the most caring, kind, animal lover I have ever met. To go on a trip, for me it has always been a nightmare because I know how much my pets will miss me and I am always afraid that they may not be well cared for. I left my very, very old cat and my very baby collie mix with Lisa. They had a great time with her, and I had a good trip without concerns thanks to Lisa and her super care. What can I say, I made my will and when I die I will leave her my babies for her to take care. -T.C.

Bailey is a vital member of our family. She was our first "baby" before our kids were born. For her first 9 years, we used a very nice kennel facility. We never had any complaints, but the guilt always drove us nuts. As she is getting older, we looked for another alternative. Now when we go away we know Bailey is happy and taken care of. She gets to stay in her own home, with her own routine and comforts. When we return home she is happy and rested. I like all the personal attention that Lisa provides. The special notes, flexibility, and true love for Bailey make her service something we now always depend on when ever we have to go out of town. -P.P.

We had traveled to Puerto Rico for a week-long trip. Our flight was unexpectedly delayed and we didn't get home until much later than planned. Upon our return, I discovered that Lisa had checked our flight information, and realized that Mishu and the fish would need to be fed again. Lisa came over for an additional visit without being asked, and without a second thought. I was thrilled at her concern and professionalism. We immediately adopted Lisa as our permanent "pet nanny" and she has been there for us ever since. I most highly recommend Lisa, the BEST pet nanny!" -C.N.

She is a pet owner herself so she understands the needs of the pets as well as the families. I have left my pets in her care many times and never once have I worried about their welfare while I am away. Lisa cares for other pets as if they were her own. She goes out of her way to care for pets, make sure their needs are met and give them the extra TLC they deserve when their families are away. I would not hesitate to leave my pets in Lisa's care for any reason. I know they will be treated as well, if not better than they are treated by my family. -K.M.

I thank God for Lisa! She was very thorough from the start by taking down every bit of information that she might need when she is in charge. Right down to the silly little things that we do and say to them and she promised not to laugh or tell anyone else about our secret rituals. Sometimes, I can’t keep track of my own schedule and Lisa even helps me with that by being flexible and understanding. Although she is also very busy, she always makes me feel like I am important so I know for sure that she treats my loved ones that way too, when I am gone.
